IT'S...SUMMER BREAK!!!
Although this break involves much needed rest from mundane routines and practices, one important practice that kids SHOULDN'T stop in the Summer is...the practice of healthy habits. If anything, it's essential for kids to continue healthy habits in the Summer because their bodies NEED to stay healthy for the non-stop fun in the sun as well as for the rigorous school year ahead.
Whether your kids are hitting the pool, making sandcastles beachside, or exploring the great outdoors, here are the Top 4 Healthy Habits they should practice ALL Summer long:
Drinking water: keeps them cool and hydrated when playing outside.
Eating Fruits & Vegetables: keeps their immune system strong.
Getting loads of sleep: gives their body time to repair and grow their muscles, and
