Limit lazy days: How to make the best of this break☀️😎⛱️

It's officially Summer & high-time for our kids to relax and release.

Although we plan to thoroughly enjoy this break from school, HealthEd4KIDS still wants you to remember to have purposeful plans and activities so you're not wondering, later on, where the Summer went.

Here are 3 Ways to keep our kids productive and healthy.

  • Maintain a reasonable schedule. Staying up all night and then sleeping until noon will only lead to lazy days.

  • Visit your local library. Allowing them to choose fun books to read will spark excitement and curiosity.

  • Serve others. Letting them donate outgrown clothes or spend time with older adults will instill compassion and selflessness.

Have a safe and healthy Summer! See you in August!
